This enables residents to conveniently charge their electric vehicles (EVs) using existing common power circuits and the 240V AC charger adapter supplied with the EV. The device accurately logs power consumption, ensuring transparency and accountability. At the end of each month, the total cost of electricity used can be reimbursed to the Body Corporate or shared household (in the case of co-living arrangements) at a pre-agreed rate per kWh.
